Just wanted to say your landlord MUST fix things within a timely manner and your post suggests they dont even turn up to fix things when you tell them about it?
I think you should expect a higher standard from your landlord, and push them to fix things quickly0 -
Just a query,
I recently fitted water meter in my rented flat . I raised a query for water meter with thames water and contractor came/fit the water meter with minimal changes to the property. Is there any option to go back to unmetered one after having water meter fitted in the property ? Assume i may get bills higher than what i may get without meter(unmetered charges).
Well i informed my landlord before meter installation.
Also any example of how much water charges incurred by tenant for a single BHK flat per month - just a estimate will help me to plan my budget for spending
Thanks0
