It's pointless to make this difficult, the buyer will win. All the OP would be doing is asking for trouble.
Makes no difference what the first argument was - they are claiming it's not as described on two counts. Say you buy a washer, a bit more marked than described. You're not happy, but decide to use it as you need one. It then has a fault, and that's the final straw.0 -
