Don't take it personally, let's say that each MSE forum has a distinct feel to it, and user demographics. Messages on this forum come across harsher and sometimes rude, however if you ignore rudeness and focus on the information given by helpful posters, you get a lot of useful information (and a devil's advocate point of view)
