If he paid by Paypal, DO NOT refund via cheque!
Also, DO NOT refund until it has been returned.
I'd email him saying 'as per our phone conversation today at <time> when you phoned me to discuss the golf club bag etc...Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
If you refund by cheque you will end up refunding twice.
Don't tell him it will be paypal until you have it back.
I don't think buyers can remove feedback unless you file a revision request. Have you dont this?0 -
I think he's trying to scam you to be honest, buy item, claim it's fake-get seller to agree refund for removal of neg feedback via phone so not on ebays system. Make buyer refund by cheque.
Cheque will clear and then buyer will open dispue via ebay/paypal to get their funds back that way too.
Nice little earner.0
