Vodafone contract documents

Recently i have tried to get certain documents from Vodafone such as my Welcome pack that i never received, my direct debit mandate and my actual contract (signed). The told me they could not get me this information and would ring me back. :rotfl:
I contacted the company i got the deal with (NOT Vodafone) and they told me i had a right to this information.
If Vodafone cant supply this information what can i do.
Reason i ask is due to me having to reduce my tariff and Vodafone are refusing to help, and to add insult to injury they then increase the prices in November.
