TT Price Change - No Notification

Is it just me or is that wrong on so many levels? A website is not a durable medium, thus I would say that this customer has NOT been informed of the price change, thus ETCs are not applicable.
(I sometimes really wish I was able to post on the TTMF. Sometimes the info given is so wrong as to possibly leave TT legally liable).

Looks like the OP of that thread is pushing back on TT, who are trying to enforce an ETC. I hope he gets a positive result as I believe he is right.0

He HAS to be advised directly. It is not sufficient for TT to only publicise it on a web page with no other means of advising the customer. That said if the increase is just 43p pm, it is most likely below RPI (depends on he total spend) and the ability to reject will be denied.
Certainly they need to resolve issues of customer advisories of increases, but no automatic release without an ETP0
