Any e-mail which starts "Dear Customer" can be safely ignored.
Any reputable company will address you by name or order number.The best thing you can do at work is join a Trade Union.

I've had three fed ex ones this week alone.
And not even expecting a parcel, which tells me right away it's a scam0 -
What gets me is that they say you should go to your local office - but don't say which one that is. They obviously don't have a clue which office you live near to.If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0
