I got that one today. Didn't open and sent to spam. Since I never expect parcels from Fed Ex they are wasting their time with me.0

I got this e-mail. I knew it was dodgy immediately and deleted it. A quick google will show it is a scam0

I recognised it as bogus, did not have to check.

Fedex sent me two of these emails after they said they had twice tried to deliver a parcel to me.
Both times they said they had tried to deliver I was at home. The doorbell was working, lights were on in three rooms at the front of the house, I have two dogs that can hear the gate click, and my car was parked in the drive. There is no way I or the dogs would not have heard the bell or a knocking on the door. They didn't leave a notice of failed delivery in my letter box. When you get the email there is no reply address, they tell you to print the email and collect your parcel at the nearest Fedex office but don't say where it is. No phone number to find out and according to an internet search my nearest office is 110 mile round trip and I couldn't even find out if my parcel was there as the number wasn't recognized by their system.0 -

Did you click the link in the emails or open any attachments? If you did then I suggest you go to the tech sub-forum and find out how to scan your machine for viruses and malware.
FedEx will not send you emails to tell you a parcel has been delivered, they will leave a card. The emails you have received are fake and just designed to install malware on your machine.0 -
Glad to see that these "FedEx" emails are indeed some criminal or other having a go. I thought they were and can see that they have been turning up in my spam folder anyway - so havent even opened any of them - never mind clicking on the link. I reckon I am receiving about 2 of them a month on average.
Not having even read them, I didn't know about them telling people to print off receipts and would have been sitting there anyway thinking "....and just how do they expect people to print that off if, like me, they don't even have a printer. How arrogant to just assume that people will...."
Thanks due to people who post up warnings about these scams:T0 -
The Royal Mail sent me an email today about a package they will attempt to deliver.
It's actually from an eBay purchase I made. Must be the first genuine email about a delivery I've ever received! Almost deleted it without reading it.0 -
I have had tons of these, I delete imediatly but I could see some people being easily fooled.0
-
Had quite a few recently where they have stuck "manager" in front of the senders name, like that's really going to tempt me to open it.0
