PAYG phones from phones4u website- online purchase

Have anyone tried buying phones online (home delivery) thru phones4u website. I am planning to buy one with o2 simcard attached to it, will it be unlocked ??

I heard in phones4u shop they give unlocked phones along with sim eventhough advertisement states that they are locked.

Also it appears they offer 12 month free wifi when ordered online. Thought of saving some wifi cost for the new smartphone .

Please share your views about online purchase and unlocking.

I think you get that in the shop as well

Anytime I've ordered a phone from them in the past it's been unlocked, and I've had quite a few from them

Thats really nice. What abt warranty of the phone. I was thinking of ordering SAMSUNG galaxy ace 2 . Android starter phone for my friend.

In samsung website , it states that phone carries warranty. I assume it holds good for the phones sold by phones4u.

Let me know your thoughts on this.
