@Neo, from the previous post in this thread (and some others) I'm sure They DO leave a voice mail. They will try to call you for a month then new winner will be randomly chosen as far as I know.
In my experience they don't leave a voicemail and if someone else answers they don't leave a message saying call them back just they will try again.0 -

ITV do NOT leave voicemails but the number is not witheld and you can call it back and they answer the call.
