Can I leave O2 (and get a PAC) by post?

Every time I have tried to call there's an hour wait, and I've been messed around on live chat for hours being passed from department to department.

I would rather just write a letter!

I do not see how they can get away with this to be honest.

Anyway, does anyone know if I can do this?

Can't see why you wait an hour, anytime I have had to ring them, it is a short wait. Live chat do not discuss account as such.

Really? Maybe it's because I choose the 'If you're thinking of leaving O2, press 2" option or whatever? I'm calling late in the evening because I can't call at work.

That's as maybe, but whoever does their LiveChat doesn't seem to be british - very strange use of english on the 4 occasions I've used them.

OP, it didn't take very long at all when I rang to get the PAC for the phone my lad uses. Do try at different times of day (as previous poster suggested lunchtime, or immediately you finish work, or even before you go in to work)
I try not to get too stressed out on the forum. I won't argue, i'll just leave a thread if you don't like what I say. :)

Don't you get any breaks? 202 is free from your handset, but if it is taking an hour to get through for you, then you just maybe unfortunate, I doubt O2 will close after they lose your custom, (and I don't mean that faciously).
