Samsung Galaxy & picture problems

Hi All

I am hoping someone can help me

I have a friend who text me today to ask if i can offer any help with a problem with her phone
Shes told me she has a Samsung Galaxy and when on the internet she cant get any pictures on any pages but she can get them if she goes onto Amazon

I am not near her and i have never used a Galaxy so i dont know what the menu is like or can't physically get hold of the phone.
I am assuming that there must be a setting on the phone that needs changing but i have no idea

I have just spoken to her and shes told me that the problem has only just started and was working fine until very recently

Can anyone help with any advice??

Shes just been in touch to tell me its a Galaxy 2 if that helps

Has she tried going into settings when the internet is open? There is a tick box under 'Bandwidth Management' for load all images. It may well be that this has somehow been turned off.
