Setting up sim free Galaxy Ace on Tesco sim only contract

I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace which is sim free and have just received my sim card from Tesco having taken out a sim only contract.
When I put the new sim card in the phone and switched it on I got a message asking if I wanted to install the custom set up with a warning that this may damage the phone (or something along those lines).
The thing is I don't know exactly what it is going to do to my phone so should I accept or cancel this. I don't suppose it is really going to cause any major problem but I would like to know what changes it will make to the phone before I go ahead.
Any help appreciated.

It only sets up the network settings that the phone needs for it to be able to get onto Tesco' (O2) network. These settings can easily be deleted/changed if needed.
It won't make any permanent change, you will need these settings if you want to use your Tesco SIM to get any data, web, email etc.
You will likely have to manually enter the voicemail number into your phone settings (I had to) - it's 905 by the way.
Or you can manually set it up on your android phone, this page should have all the settings
