chimney cowl retro fit/advise

evening all. Looking into fitting a cowl for our stove. Its got an unlined chimney (which i cant change unfortunately), am getting a lot of downdraft problems which seems to be affecting the draw. Looking into fitting a cowl on top. I think there are some which simply pop on top and tighten? Are there any particuarly good ones? Has anyone also got an idea on cost to get someone to pop up and do it for me?

Thanks a lot
