talk talk security help..

Asking on behalf of a friend.

I tried to sort my friends pc out last night as quite good with that sort of thing but we keep getting the same error message.

I can get it connected to the internet to google etc but not youtube? and onto talk talks website BUT it then brings up a message saying the security settings are too high. There is also a bizzare weather advert thing that appears in the middle of the page which you are unable to shut down so have to start again.

We are going round in circles and shes had others try but it wont let her input any passwords to get onto her account so she is not sure what to put ion. She has tried calling them but either cant get through or they say to enter the password she was given which doesnt work?!!
Any ideas please?

Thanks

Reduce the security settings in her browser.
It would help if you said which browser?

Windows....which version? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8?
You need to give basic info if you want help.
It's the browser settings (within Chrome) that you may need to alter.
