How to remove McAfee completely
Comments
-
I've seen people who don't know what they're doing, royally screw things up with ccleaner. My bosses boss was the classic example of this. I used to have to regularly fix his machine to undo his attempts at optimising it. This was a guy who bought a netbook, tried to run gigantic script and formula laden excel spreadsheets on it and complained that it was slow. Then he disabled aero, on a machine that already had a slow CPU, making it even worse.
But I digress.. the correct procedure is to uninstall McAfee and then run the removal tool.0
