I hop your point in making that comment was only to reinforce how poor it was of the fast food outlet!0 -

Yup. Could well be that 9pm on a Friday night is the only time they can get together as a family with work commitments.
Or could be just their choice. 9pm on a Friday night with no school the next day. **shock horror**
But they don't let little things like facts get in the way of a good bit of judgement do they?0 -

Lol I actually took it as that but then now reading other posts I realise they are making a point at the time the children are out eatingDon't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0 -
Ah the helpful, open-minded, reasoned and intelligent views of strangers.
I'd make a complaint. The most reasonable action for the manager to do would be to pass the feedback onto the doorman in question and for future families, it won't be an issue. (Might have been an oversight on his part, albeit not a very considerate one!)
The doorman might be an employee of a sub-contractor. In any case if you provide a reasonable complaint, I'm sure they'll be reasonable action as a consequence.
If they write back: "!!!!!!?! Family out at 9 o clock, OMG, LMAO." Then I'd come back and ask the yakety-yaks for their insightful advice.0
