Wasn't it a few year's ago an address could be blacklisted rather than the person?0 -

Yes but it is a very long time ago. It used to be that everyone who lived at the address of a debtor was also blacklisted. But that practice was outlawed in the 1980's.I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -

Yes thanks for that, it came to my mind because my cousin who had an excellent credit record, applied for a credit card and was declined because her daughter had a CCJ and lived with her. This was many year's ago which was a very unfair practice.0
