TALK TALK.. Abysmal service

I have been trying to contact customer service for nearly a month now.
They overcharged me £50, which was for an engineers visit which TalkTalk AGREED to meet. (I have the email as proof).

I have now collected 4 'incident' numbers, but have not had a reply from any of them! Yes I DID provide every single detail required, tel number, address, Account number, etc.
I even wrote to the TalkTalk rep on this site................. I am STILL waiting for some kind of response. Just WHAT can I do?

Move to Sky, they will talk to talk talk so you don't have to.
FWIW you could try raising a complaint.

How would moving to SKY help? This would probably mean early termination charges from TalkTalk which would mean more issues and a debt. Best thing to do is raise the issue on Talk Talk members forum. They seem the best way to get issues resolved.

FWIW you could try emailing Charles Dunstone, might get a response.

Charles Dunstone is the Chairman of TalkTalk Group, and Chairmen/women tend to be less involved in day-to-day stuff than CEOs, the Chief Executive of the group is Ms Dido Harding - if you're going to go "straight to the top" she's probably a (slightly) better bet than him.

Thank you all for your suggestions. Funnily enough I have just received
an email from TalkTalk with "profuse apologies"........etc. It makes me so angry that they can't employ enough QUALIFIED staff to deal with customers queries.I am NOT a happy bunny

  • How do i get the email address for Ms Dido Harding - Ive had so many nightmares with Talk Talk in the last 3 months. They are the worst company i have ever dealt with, even the people employed in the complaints department cant deal with it and keep hanging up on me. One woman even laughed when i said i have never had service like this in my life!
  • I have left talk talk for the very same reason charging me £50 for engineer

I have not agreed nor signed any contract but they still email monthly bills even though told of my intentions trmination etc. i am now with Sky. This company is ran like a circus noone in the uk all global. i will simply ignore all but would be grateful if someone could tell me how to stop emails from this company. They irritate me and i for one hope they go bankrupt
