TALK TALK.. Abysmal service

I have been trying to contact customer service for nearly a month now.
They overcharged me £50, which was for an engineers visit which TalkTalk AGREED to meet. (I have the email as proof).
I have now collected 4 'incident' numbers, but have not had a reply from any of them! Yes I DID provide every single detail required, tel number, address, Account number, etc.
I even wrote to the TalkTalk rep on this site................. I am STILL waiting for some kind of response. Just WHAT can I do?

Move to Sky, they will talk to talk talk so you don't have to.
FWIW you could try raising a complaint.

How would moving to SKY help? This would probably mean early termination charges from TalkTalk which would mean more issues and a debt. Best thing to do is raise the issue on Talk Talk members forum. They seem the best way to get issues resolved.0 -

FWIW you could try emailing Charles Dunstone, might get a response.
Charles Dunstone is the Chairman of TalkTalk Group, and Chairmen/women tend to be less involved in day-to-day stuff than CEOs, the Chief Executive of the group is Ms Dido Harding - if you're going to go "straight to the top" she's probably a (slightly) better bet than him.0 -
Thank you all for your suggestions. Funnily enough I have just received
an email from TalkTalk with "profuse apologies"........etc. It makes me so angry that they can't employ enough QUALIFIED staff to deal with customers queries.I am NOT a happy bunnyWhen man sacrifices the Love of POWER for the Power of Love, there will be peace on earth.0 -
How do i get the email address for Ms Dido Harding - Ive had so many nightmares with Talk Talk in the last 3 months. They are the worst company i have ever dealt with, even the people employed in the complaints department cant deal with it and keep hanging up on me. One woman even laughed when i said i have never had service like this in my life!0

I have left talk talk for the very same reason charging me £50 for engineer
I have not agreed nor signed any contract but they still email monthly bills even though told of my intentions trmination etc. i am now with Sky. This company is ran like a circus noone in the uk all global. i will simply ignore all but would be grateful if someone could tell me how to stop emails from this company. They irritate me and i for one hope they go bankrupt0 -
