Change of address and virgin media?

Hey all, I'm in a bit of quandary trying to figure out how to cancel my virgin account (Internet and Housephone) I'm moving somewhere that has BT infinity already installed and I'm worries virgin will be chasing me for money at my new place, any advice would be appreciated cheers all!

Of course you can cancel it, but you will have to pay the ETC if you do so while still in minimum term-there is no way round it. You agreed the contract, your choice to move house.

So your quandary is basically that you want to know if you can leave virgin without paying and will they come after you for it?

The answer is yes you can leave, no they won't leave you alone and yes the debt will go up whilst they will trash your credit record.

Pay your bills.
