Virgin PAYG and Telestunt

Can anyone tell me if its possible to use the Telestunt override with Virgin PAYG ? That is are 0871 numbers 10ppm through Virgin as with T mobile contracts ?

Not sure about 0871 but I do know that (at least a while back anyhow) calls to 0845 & 0870 were charged at 15ppm.0
