I've got a new phone coming tomorrow from o2 but I've received 2 emails with 2 different tracking numbers so I'm concerned they've sent it twice! Has this happened to anyone else? Is there any reason why it might be sent in 2 parcels?? (One for the phone and one for the....sim? Is all I can think of!)

I tried speaking to someone on live chat but they weren't much help and just said if a second one does arrive to reject it. What happens if I reject it? Obviously I want it to get sent back to them rather than the delivery man nicks it or something :rotfl:Will I still need to sign anything?

Thanks

Update in case anyone else ever comes across this problem: The extra parcel contained a leaflet advertising o2 recycling. Because of cause that required it's own separate package with tracking number...:rotfl:

All you can do is wait and see, it's possible its the phoen in one and a sim in the other, or a free gift, or they have duplicated the order, or somone messed up and theres one mail too many..

Well if it's a free gift I don't want to reject that :rotfl:. The order number in both emails is the same and in my account on the website, both parcels are listed under the same order number too. I assume that's a good thing? I hope!
