Ipad Mini vs Samsung Gallaxy S3

Hi, I don't know if I am at the right place to post my question.

I am torned between getting an ipad mini or a samsung gallaxy s3.

Particulars: I love to play games, love watching movies, browsing, photography, editing photographs via online applications, researching, youtube...

I have an Iphone4 as of the moment and Ipod touch 5th generation but just recently, I found both screens are too small for me. I don't want to go bulky buy buying an Ipad 2 or Ipad3. I like traveling a lot so a smaller device compared to those 2 (Ipad 2 and 3) will be easy to bring along.

I find Samsung Galaxy S3 very nice - nice resolution when it comes to it's camera and Ipad seems very enticing as well as it has a larger screen but in terms with specs, I learned that it's just like a small version of Ipad2.

I think I'd like to know what's the best to get and it should be worth my money as well.

Any suggestions, advice about it as highly appreciated and I am open to any comments.

Have you considered the Galaxy Note 2? Like the S3, but a little bigger and a few more toys to play with. I love mine

Well.. soon you will be able to with O2 (Tu Go) - it'll allow 'actual' phone calls using wifi over the O2 network - assuming you've got a monthly contract

Sounds like the OP should get the Note 2 though
