Hi everyone - unfortunately despite several more emails and a further phone call to Boxpark I still don't have my prize and it's now been nearly 2 months since I won. The lady from Boxpark seems genuine and says she's chasing the company who are supplying the prize but I'm still no further.
I suggested she say to the prize provider that she doesn't want to be the middle man any longer and say to them that if they don't contact me shortly she'll provide me their details to chase directly. Again, I haven't heard anything else on this.
Think it's time to write on their FB page (as suggested above) - any other suggestions? Shall I try and contact the prize provider directly?
