Ah ok, I misread. So it's one easyjet transaction, one opodo and one edreams.0
-
yes, the edreams and opodo transactions differ by 1p, which could be due to rounding.0

This happened over a week ago, so the money has definitely left my account. I have received invoices from both opodo and easy jet, so that covers them, but nothing from edreams .0

Have you spoken to opodo about the charge?
Sen it before on people who have used opodo and have charged them back as unrecognised (PSD, payment services directive) dictates a refund straight away on unrecognsed transactions. But retailer has never presented any info on the debit. So credit stays with customer.
Not helpfull to anyone really.
Only thing I can think is something either in the T/C or a tickbox in the sale process that this payment relates too as the companies are one and the same. Or they have a system error that is duplicating their charge for their service.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0 -
I have sent opodo an email. I refuse to pay to talk to them
(I can't help it I'm a scrooge lol )
I have also sent coop a message complaining about the way they are dealing with it. I really shouldn't have to be asking around to find what I am supposed to be doing about it!0 -
If Co-op don't deal with it immediately, start the formal complaints procedure. You're right they should have dealt with it.0
