'UK Furniture Point' - anyone bought from them?

Hi every body,

Sorry I was misunderstood , UK Furniture Point is a different company from Furniture point , Furniture Point is gone in Liquidation, but these guys have one of biggest showroom in London, this is what I was told on phone, but sofas are amazing. If someone visits them pl tell me about your experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! As you will see from my previous post I thought they were a great company but 16 months later sofa cracked so I contacted them and was told out of warranty but as per soga not therefore fit for purpose , after months (7) they did agree to replace but refused to deliver which cost me £160 which I had no choice but to pay ! When it did arrive it was wrong part when I pushed them Kahn them told me not to phone his personal number again ,even though its the number listed on website! The sofas are partial leather the rest is leather match ( vynyl type material to everyone else) you have been warned ? If you try to look up reviews on this company they all seem to be removed ! Maybe that says something and if you look at their own reviews on the website its all on or about the same date ????? Oh mine didnt even make it mind you I was called by Kahn and told not to post bad reviews ????

Bought from this company. The owner showed us a leather sample which he described as high grade leather but the sofa is plastic coated and already (3 months later)has several pieces peeling off and was purchased at a leather price. We had to pay cash into their bank account and cash on delivery.NO receipt or invoice was issued. we had already parted with our money before the furniture was unboxed but my daughter was in tears and the delivery guys saying nothing!! After two days and many phone calls, I went to the warehouse two days later as the glass table was also defective and I hadn't noticed this at the time of delivery. When I challenged Mr. Khan regarding the leather sample he had showed us and the sofa received he said prove it. !!!!! Before you do any business with this Company visit their warehouse, you may I think change your mind. Their website bears no comparison to their warehouse. Beware all our furniture came on pallets made in China and does not conform to UK fire safety regulations. They left behind all the pallets and all the boxes too. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
