Lots of rocket - what to do?

I've got my veg box today and there's a big bag of rocket in there.
My experience of rocket only runs to its inclusion in mixed bags of salad.
Any ideas for what I can do with it?
It's so beautifully fresh and tasty - I really want to do it justice.
I just know you'll come up with some fantastic suggestions...

If you're not veggie steak and onions on a bed of rocket is lovely - the heat from the steak wilts it slightly but the strengths complement each other beautifully. Chicken is good too.

My favourite recipe is a bed of rocket with pears sliced, walnuts and parmesan cheese "peeled" onto it. Yum!

We have huge amounts of rocket on the allotment, I don;t think OH thought it would do so well :rolleyes:
A girl can only eat so much salad

I've googled but can only come up with soup recipes, has anyone any nice (preferably veggie) ideas for rocket?
