If you change your marketing settings and continue to receive marketing emails (not specifically related to an order, you can email their customer services department formally advising them that failure to remove you from all their marketing lists (including the reviews etc) will result in a complaint to the ICO.

Honestly, the ICO won't do much but Amazon generally update your records if you take the time to amend your details and give them a reason to take notice. I don't get requests for reviews on products I have purchased through them.

That is my feeling, it cheapens their brand image to the same level as those spamming Viagra and PPI.
