For your information i am the one who has got my business up and running, nothing to do with my ex, she has merely had to sign the odd peice of paper now and again.

What, she never even done anything to help.....lazy b*itch!!

There must have been sh**e all over the house if she wasn't caring for your daughter properly:eek: and you still want to leave your daughter in her care and pay her £1000pm maintenance:think:

This is just not aimed at you.

I have sat here and read all this thread. I think it is an utter disgrace the way the vast majority of posters have treated the OP...and it's not just this OP!

Fancy typing ' she never even done anything to help.....lazy b*itch!!'

Charming. And the OP has directed his ex to this thread too.

Anyway I have PM'd him with some help ( I hope) and if his ex reads this I say she must keep the CSA out of their lives and stick with a private agreement.

Now then I expect the usual backlash to my posting, but hey, I couldn't care less and won't be wasting my time justifying myself to all your people who 'know so much' about the csa :A

Then obviously you did not read it thoroughly....

I was replying, being SARCASTIC to the OP's swearing at me and slating his amicably friendly but soon to be splitting up partner - that she never done a hands turn to help with the BIZ!!!

... so his baby must have had mayhem at home what with snorts, snivels, sh*te and tears :rotfl:

    Big Yawn...

    I read it very thoroughly;)

I don't think you were being Sarcastic AT ALL

'.. so his baby must have had mayhem at home what with snorts, snivels, sh*te and tears'

His ex is a hairdresser, isn't she? Her own business...

Now you must read things more thoroughly:p

But of course PWCs are not meant to have a life, are they? And they should have just enough money to pay for the kids.End of.

I wasn't going to respond to your posting, but you certainly come across as an very nice, understanding person so I couldn't resist.

Keep at it and then everyone can see you for what you are.

If anyone reads through this post I hope hey will simply see people trying to make sense of the initial question.

I was confused, as were others, by the size of the dividend, the posters original suggestion that this should be paid instead of child support and the apparent contradictions between the posters income and value of his business.

To be honest OP did get quite aggressive and defensive.

As I have said earlier he should talk to his accountant about this because this is a huge issue which could shape his future relationship with his ex and daughter.

The info really doesn't seem logical therefore a professional needs to make sense of it.

I think the comment about "she never done anything" was a reaction to OP saying she had contributed nothing to the business. I am sure, as the poster was trying to point out, she was supporting her husband, working as hairdresser and looking after their daughter. Hardly done nothing!

The Op is obviously trying to work things out but refuses to take on board what people are saying.

The chances of his soon to be ex getting a council house are very remote, they are like hens teeth.

If she has shares in the business and is entitled to a dividend then that is separate to support for the child.

I hope they sort it out with the best result for the Op and his ex and the child.

Sorry, I'm a PWC and I don't know what your'e talking about...do Hairdressers on 16 hrs pw at best not care for 'their' children?

ps/ Your last two paragraphs...please can you elaborate, I am only a PWC who has raised two children single handedly - one aged 12 the other aged 26, so nothing new to me...
