    You still have not answered your accusation why I have received taxpayers money through the CSA.

    Why have a baby with him then...my heart pounds with joy every time I look at my fine children...anyway gud neet lass, gotta be up at 6!

    Yes my heart pounds with pride too when I look at my children knowing I've done my best for them....and still am.:)
  • If she is earning a dividend based on 'working 16hrs' for your company, then this will be classed as her earnings and roughly £200 per week earnings does not qualify for Income Support etc. Tax Credits yes.
    Also, if she is receiving this for working for you- it is not classed as maintenance so you would be expected to pay on top (should she open a case with CSA)
    I'd advise to stop the dividend if she is not going to be working for you. If she owns shares, buy her out. Come to an agreement for Child Maintenance and pay it. If this is done through the CSA and the amount they calculate is less than you are wanting to pay- then pay the rest on top if thats what you want to do. Keep everything traceable...many amicable splits soon turn sour- especially where money is involved.
