How does Work Programme get it's money?

No seriously if you email them you ask for the person to make a complaint to and they will tell you.I didn't get any reply originally - I just got a call from someone at SEETEC saying it was all cleared up, I couldn't work out who they were, and one from the Job Centre saying they had spoken to SEETEC and it was all cleared up. The woman who rang up my mum said she was responding because of complaints - I had forgotten that bit I was so angry at her blabbing my personal details - then she makes the whole thing miles worse by breaking the Data Protection Act. I have never had any letters, only phone calls and phone messages. The only letters they have sent in the past have been requests for me to attend more bl**dy interviews.
I've sent a list of exactly what I want from SEETEC which has been sent to my MP and he's written it up in a letter.
Email that person and they will respond, trust me as I have done it!!
I even got a call from the OPs manager!!!!
If you do not do this or chase it up non stop they will carry on and I doubt the MP cares
email 'info@seetec.co.uk' and ask for a named person to address a complaint to and their email address etcWe’ve had to remove your signature. What happened in your case? I made a complaint and they said fine, then as long as I told them I was in work they'd go away. They said they'd had to employ someone as they were getting so many complaints, but she only seemed keen to put down I had been in employment for a year.
My local MP has a pile of cases against SEETEC and the JCP, so he at least *appears* to be doing something...although not much is happening.0 -

You do NOT have to tell them or the JC you are in work at all
You need to lodge a complaint with their head office ops manager. Have you done this? We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Ah not the head office ops manager, only with my local branch complaints person (who rang up my parents and so now I want to make a complaint against her). OK will get onto the case now.
Can this scheme possibly be so complicated and inefficient.0 -
I would have thought you had done this already as I am sure I mentioned it before?Ah not the head office ops manager, only with my local branch complaints person (who rang up my parents and so now I want to make a complaint against her). OK will get onto the case now.

If you complain to the site you go to, what do you think the reply would be? One that sound like 'who cares' or whatever.
Their bosses need to know about the mess and the lies and harrasment so email info@seetec.co.uk and ask who you need to contact for a complaint in your area
There are different people for different areas and will tell you what to do next.
It is NEVER complicated to make a complaint as you ALWAYS go to the top as I thought people would know to do this. We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
See I knew I mentioned it and thought you did so!Just get in touch with their head office and tell them any more hasseling will result in you going to CH4 news as they love stories like this

I cc'd in the head office a while ago, but sent another complaint letter to the complaints people at my local branch.
It seems I am not the only one as they have employed someone solely to respond to everyone who complained.0 -
Wait a moment, I am losing the plot, I've got my massive file of correspondence with the WP here and I did write to the Head Office properly, I never had any response to that.0

Its not a lot of good to CC them in if you are addressing it to your contact at the site you attened.
You would have needed to chase it up - I got a reply in 2 days with a name who would be dealing with the complaint and I emailed over my letter then got a reply from the guy who was looking into it then a another email with the letter attached, the letter in the post then a phone call. We’ve had to remove your signature.
