Hey. I hope some one can help me out here. At the beginning of November I ordered a Nokia lumia 920 on an orange contract from phones4u. Within the first week I decided I was not happy with the handset so contacted phones4u to arrange a return and cancel the orange contract. They cancelled the contract without a problem and told me they would send me a free post envelope to send the handset back to them. It's now January and this envelope has not arrived even though in the past few months I must have rang them about 20 times. Can anyone tell me what I can do? Do I need to keep badgering them in order to send it back or do I now have rights to keep the phone and sell it?
Thanks everyone

Are you sure that the contract was cancelled? Have you received any confirmation?0

Check the contract was cancelled, and do not sell the phone, as they can come looking for it between 2-5 years after the mistake, and if you don't then return it, they would charge full retail at the time of sending. That scenario does not happen often, but can happen.0

I have received confirmation from orange that the contract has in fact been cancelled.0
