Easyjet flight email address

Hello. I have taken lots of advice from these forums And booked a family holiday. We booked flights separately through easyjet. I booked it over the phone and eventually got an aol confirmation. I have since tried to manage my booking on line and my account shows no booking, it does this whether I enter my email details or my booking no.

I have rung easyjet three times to explain this. Each time they say they can't understand and there is nothing they can do. Please could someone help me. Who do I contact. I want to email as opposed to talk to people who have scripted responses. If I don't sort t soon I won't be able to print off my boarding passes.

There is an email form on their site

They are usually very quick to reply.

Try using the 'Check-In Online' option from their frontpage instead of going through your account. It's the option that requires a booking reference and surname but no password.
