I know this is a stupid question but i have a 24mnth contract ending in February with Three,do i need to contact them to stop payments going out of my bank or will they automatically stop? I say this because i had a contract with Virgin a while back that ended but they kept taking payments until i phoned them to cancel.

It's the same with them all, the 24 months is just a minimum agreement.0

Not only you have to contact them, but it has to be 30 days notice.0

Yeah, good luck with contacting them to cancel.....I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂0
