24 month contract ending

Options
I know this is a stupid question but i have a 24mnth contract ending in February with Three,do i need to contact them to stop payments going out of my bank or will they automatically stop? I say this because i had a contract with Virgin a while back that ended but they kept taking payments until i phoned them to cancel.

It's the same with them all, the 24 months is just a minimum agreement.

Not only you have to contact them, but it has to be 30 days notice.

Yeah, good luck with contacting them to cancel.....
I spent 25 years in the mobile industry, from 1994 to 2019. Worked for indies as well as the big networks, in their stores also in contact centres. I also hold a degree in telecoms engineering so I like to think I know what I’m talking about 😂
