Ive been trying all day too - I just wanted to check progress.
Could be that the sites gone into overdrive with lots of people logging on and panicking (unnecessarily) over the Natwest ruling.
Could someone post when they find the site back up."Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and it may be necessary from time to time to give a stupid or misinformed beholder a black eye" - Miss Piggy0 -
Hi,
I too have been trying to use the mcol since Fri, because the bank as far as i know, have not replied to my claim within the 14 days allocated. I have been trying to file for judgment all weekend. It worked for about half an hour yesterday but was very very slow.
Might be a bit overworked, but it is very frustrating.

As you can see this has happened quite often with the website due to exceptional traffic, it even happens on MSE too
