Is it me or is the moneyclaim website down? I have been trying all week but no success.
Is there any other way of doing it, any other addresses for example, as I want the money back before they stop you doing it!

Hello. Bit of an odd thing to ask here, but is the MCOL site down for anyone else?
It was fine this morning, but now when I try I get a blank page in FireFox, and a "This Page Cannot Be Displayed" message in IE.0 -
Same here on both browsers. Been down since about 3.30 I think.0

Today was the 14th day for Natwest to reply to my letter, so I was preparing to fill out the forms.
I filled them all out this morning and saved it, but when I went back to pay for it I noticed it was down.0 -
Same here, all forms completed, seemed to crash on payment. Maybe the banks have bank handed MCOL.0

Just tried to start my claim at money claim online and for the last half hour have not been able to get onto the website. Call me cynical but does anyone else smell a dirty big rat???:mad:0
