I'm new here, but well know on HUKD webside. We have the same situation with cancelation of orders,. Could you tell me
How looks yours card balance on today-is it similar to mine?? Debenhams has taken 187.18 from me and up to now refund just 5.04. Can you imagine 182.14 missing from your credit card?? Do you know maybe how long time they have got to process refund??
Please help me as this is nightmare for me.

Just as I predicted. This has been yet another 'unable to fulfil' Debenhams order. They really are a pain!
