Has anyone else received order confirmations and not had a cancellation?
I made two orders yesterday around 7pm both for Le creuset items, so far no cancellation...
When I click on Track order it says: Order submitted to supplier, what do you think? :think:
Yep same here, Le Creuset order not cancelled (made 2 other non Le Creuset orders which were cancelled). Not getting my hopes up though! I'm sure they'll come back next week saying their supplier is unable to fulfil.0 -
My email arrived at 16.20 and said:
"
Dear Customer
Thank you for placing your recent order with us.
We regret to inform you that we have experienced a small technical issue with our stock ordering system which has resulted in a number of items on orders placed yesterday have been unable to be fulfilled. You will have received an order update detailing the cancelled items.
Please rest assured no money has been debited from your bank account.
This error has now been corrected, if you still want the order this will need to be re-placed and can be done so either in-store or online.
May we once again apologise for the inconvenience caused on this occasion. "
No cancellation email has arrived. Obviously they are following M&S for online stock control. :mad:I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -

Anyone else still got items that say order submitted to supplier on the tracking? The money seems to be pending to go out too. Hoping this is a good sign.... fingers and everything else crossed!Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0

They cancelled everything ordered, not only the pots & pans, but loads of other stuff from the sales

Yep another one here who's items have all bar one been cancelled.
They didn't even bother to send me an email, i went to track the one dispatched item and saw the rest have now all been cancelled. They were showing as "submitted to supplier" for 2 days too.
Bloody joke!! :mad:0 -
Spoke to customer services. Major major problem hit their site at the weekend. An e-mail will be sent to everyone effected soon.0

Just had cancellation email. Am very fed up. I have recived 2 smashed items, and several items 'unable to fulfil'. Occasionally you can understand, but this time seems to be a complete con as unavailable items are available at much higher prices. :mad:
Now, I am furious. They have known about this issue for a couple of days. They stated no money had been taken, yet there on my bank statement is a debit of £42.00 to Debenhams.Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -
