Vodafone Contract Termination Question and T&C's / Companies buy contracts Out?
Options
Anyone know of any recent blanket changes to T&C's that would allow escaping from a 24 Month Contract that has had 12 months elapsed?
I have the Iphone 4 and would like the Iphone 5, credit is superb and happy to sign another 24 month contract but Voda want me to see it out and wont let me upgrade without substantial cost.
Happy with a contract from anywhere or an alternative way to get Voda to start a new contract. Have been with them in double figure of years and bill always paid.
Have heard some places buy your contract out if you sign up via them
Any ideas?

I don't know any that would.
The latest are know were in May: T-Mobile to hit pay monthly users with price hikes I would guess £400+?
Some do, but I don't think that any would pay £400+ for the privilege.
Thanks grumbler, that was the last one I recalled0 -
p4u do buy out contracts but not sure if you have that far left to goWhat goes around-comes around0

The operator would need to fund the balance of your line rental, and make enough profit or commission on top.
I doubt there's £400 of profit in a new iphone contract.
Maybe sell your old iphone 4 when you're closer to the end of your existing contract and pay it off that way?0
