USometimes I have a wee think of money that I wasted and can't even remember what on, then I think about how different I am now ... Not even just financially but every part of me has changed, then I realise I had to go through what I did so that I can really appreciate where I am just now ... And I LOVE where I am .. I also can't regret the money we spent, yep I can't remember exactly what it was on for a lot of things ... But I do rember having a lot of fun
I still do have a lot of fun, it's just different fun
I am REALLY looking forward to being debt free and being able to do more travelling, this wouldn't be possible if I had carried on the way I was going
Don't regret the past ... Learn from the good ( cause there is always some good ) and the bad bits to improve your future0 -

Seconded!
Spent most of today photographing stuff for eBay & uploading it all. Eyes going a bit, but glad its all done.
2 buyers hadn't aid since Sunday, but one has just coughed up and the other sent me a message saying she'd pay today, so fingers crossed.
Nice to get into some discussions, there is so much energy and knowledge on these boards. :-)"Have nothing in your houses that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful." William Morris0 -

I remember being in the first (or maybe it was the second?) MFi3 challenge. By the end, as a group, we had paid some totally mind blowing amount of cash off. I can't remember the number, but I am still inspired every time I think about it. Feel very grateful to the Gibbons and Dithering Dad for starting it all off."Have nothing in your houses that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful." William Morris0

I joined the challenge Dithering Dad did. I think it was part way through when we joined. We have come a long way since then. If my memory serves me correctly the first target I set was to pay of between 4 and 5 K, for MIFin3 2 my target was £15,750 and for this challenge, my official figure is £25,800-i think, but I'm going to try and get rid of 30Ks worth of mortgage. Anyway, enough of my mad ramblings-I should go and see if I can think of anything to ramble in my own diary-feel free to pop over.GE 36 *MFD may 2043

Awesome figures Tattycath!
I accidentally had a very MSE day today.
I went to a friend's house for a coffee after dropping the kids off and eventually left, just in time to pick them up again...."Have nothing in your houses that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful." William Morris0 -

Had a mad spend of £6 in C0sta today, but it was my turn... Then had another £6.30 splurge in post office, sending off to fleabay parcels...
Final spendathon was £100 road tax. However, given that I have recently changed from a huge 4x4, to a tiny little car (the start of my MSE efforts), I almost enjoyed paying it...... Lol!
Another plus was a tardy fleabay buyer coughing up."Have nothing in your houses that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful." William Morris0
