Serious trouting at T today, say had message from head office not to take any printed coupons. I was trying to use Fairy non-bio, loreal, nair and febreze.
Just rung CS, they claim never to have heard of safe coupons - asked for proof emailed through. Will let you know of outcome - has anyone else had problems in last couple of days?
I got trouted in S yesterday over coupons but I stood my ground and they put it through. Think I need H/o print outs with me soonTiger

This is good. That way they can make people in social housing move to a property that is correct for them which will hopefully free up space for people who actually would use that many bedrooms.
I work in Housing and currently in our area, there are 250 properties where 1 person lives in a 3 bedroomed property which is just crazy. There is a massive shortage of 3 bedroomed properties and this will help free them up. Loads of people that have 2 or more kids are being made redundant and have been turfed out of their houses for not being able to pay their rent etc.
I agree if you live in a big bedroomed house mine only 2 and how will they rehouse people like me in one bedroomed house when there isnt any.0 -

Oooh, you wish! It's going to get much worse after that. I think the ending of ESA/disability benefits was the starting point, then the bedroom fees and it will carry on with new "things" over the next year or two!0 -

Probably just whack you into one bedroom shared accommodation.
You see the government has all these brilliant ideas, pushes them through and doesn't actually think about what they are going to do when the !!!!! hits the fans.
Anyone looking forward to Universal Credit? Apparently that was a pile of carp when they used to have it back in the day (well that's what my older colleagues keep saying!).0 -
