Just popped on to report that the Argos gift cards are no go and see fuzz has already let you know - as they hadn't put the notices up I tried to say the offer in the leaflet should still apply but it got me nowhere :(

New signs up in Ards branch manager saw me looking at them and came over with the new sign. She was my manager in another shop in Belfast and came over to tell me because she saw me with the leaflet checking to see what it said.
According to the duty manager they didn't know about the change of terms until they came in this morning as he was ready to buy lots after checking with his wife the night before what they would need. All the staff were saying how disappointed they were, they'd only found out about the offer a few days before.

I'm happy enough I was just going to get Pizza Hut for ds and Evans ones for my mum and me. I got £40 of Pizza Hut ones and they will do us for our next few visits and save me a bit :D

No huggies kits in Ards :( space on shelf but none there
    SPC #329 £471/£500 banked
    SPC 2014 £1100:D

    Afternoon, all.

Eventually managed to get out today, first time since last Wed/Thurs. Before the snow comes again tonight, hopefully not.

Went for a womble around Sada and found my first receipt of the year :) and the receipt has given me a grand total of 46p So I can now be taken off the Zero Club.

Thought I would pop to Argus and get gift cards and be told they have been pulled, how typical. Then notice that Sainsbob shower cream is not working either, not having a good day.

Oh well, just put chicken casserole in oven for tea. Heres hoping for more glitches.

Hey all, Just having a read back.
Huge hugs to TinyShoes and Logie.
Not having a great time here, everything seems to be going to pot, lack of money's driving me around the bend.
Really need to fill my cupboards so popped out to T's last night and caught the tail end of the whoopsie riot, the vultures in my local store make me mad! They were stood there with their trollies full grumbling about (1) the fact the staff had appeared in 2 places at the same time with whoopsies (I find that really funny) and (2) the amount of discount on the items isn't as low as it was (used to be 80 or 90% off i think, was about 60 or 70% last night).
I'd just be happy if I could grab one or 2 items, but these people are busy filling their trollies daily with stuff for their restaurants or takeaways I swear, makes me so mad...grrrrrrrrr!!!
And breath :D , they say karma comes around eventually, I'm sure I have someone elses!
I need to shift this storm cloud from over my head but can't figure out how to :( I'm sure it's weather related. Not got my next well being appointment until the 7th :( I just hate feeling so down, feels like have nobody to talk to :(
    Sorry for the rant!!
    Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
    Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
    Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55

Mom got her Givaudan survey free perfume today. It's the Gucci Guilty one and it smells just like air freshener. Woohoo!
