Their charges were reasonable, vets seemed efficient and caring, but in October last year my beautiful boy Ben was in terrible pain and after some X-rays, he was diagnosed with spondylosis (fusing of the spine). We were charged about £100 for various painkillers etc, for 3 weeks supply, but after just a few days it was obvious they weren't helping, and we had to have Ben PTS.
:(:(
When we were paying the vets last bill, my DH asked would they refund us for the remaining tablets, and their reply was 'No, but we can dispose of them for you'. I'm sorry but I just don't believe they wouldn't put foil wrapped tablets back into stock! Maybe I'm just cynical
Anyway we gave all the tablets to a dog rescue charity who will make good use of them! Hopefully we'll get another dog soon, a rescue, and I think then I'll shop around the local vets before committing to one.
sorry about Benhope you find a rescue dog soon. x
