OMG Lala i would not go to that vet again our animals are our babies not pieces of meat hope he didn't upset you

Hugs Lala and and give your baby a hug :A

He really wasnt very nice :( I know its really daft but he was almost scared of our dog and then started to go on about he thought he needed an xray for his stomache as it looked a bit bulbous, but he wouldnt feel it because he was worried our dog woud bite him!! by then he'd muzzled him, so how he thought he was going to bite him through a bl00dy muzzle I don't know? With all the stuff he was suggesting I don't think we'd have seen much change out of £1,000 :eek:And too top it off it was freezing in the vets as their heating had broken down and another vet was on the phone haggling over a callout charge and saying ok we'll wait until Monday, so they didnt have to pay callout charge! but they keep sick animals there overnight:(
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:

Thank you flo flo just received email x
  • Talking of vets, I was happy with ours until recently. Their charges were reasonable, vets seemed efficient and caring, but in October last year my beautiful boy Ben was in terrible pain and after some X-rays, he was diagnosed with spondylosis (fusing of the spine). We were charged about £100 for various painkillers etc, for 3 weeks supply, but after just a few days it was obvious they weren't helping, and we had to have Ben PTS. :(:(:(

When we were paying the vets last bill, my DH asked would they refund us for the remaining tablets, and their reply was 'No, but we can dispose of them for you'. I'm sorry but I just don't believe they wouldn't put foil wrapped tablets back into stock! Maybe I'm just cynical

Anyway we gave all the tablets to a dog rescue charity who will make good use of them! Hopefully we'll get another dog soon, a rescue, and I think then I'll shop around the local vets before committing to one.

probably the best adventure game series ever :)

When I first got a PC it was the first game I ever bought and have played the whole series apart from the most recent. Not to everyones taste though... bit of a cult thing:) Enjoyed all the other Lucas Arts games of a similar type (Indiana Jones etc)

Were these on the regular shelves or on the reduced section?

Drat, I didn't check the Alpen shelve s this morning, just got the bits I wanted. The worst of it is that my store actually had the mags in again so I've got new MOcs to cut out I'd have gone to the car and cut out Alpen MOCs if our store had them.
In fact I bought the choc orange ones only a few days ago at £1.50
And there is a huge yawning gap in the cupboard on the muesli bar shelf as well.
OH well if the weather holds might venture out a bit further on Sunday :D

They were in the usual cereal bar bit - I've been back and relieved my local of 10 packets of apple and sultana but there was just a gap where the choc/orange ones were. All the others were usual price so I don't know why these were reduced - I have just checked and they aren't near the expiry date.

Hope it is a good Saturday afternoon for all. :)

    Happy Birthday mhoc. :bdaycake:

Stay warm and safe everyone. Snow has mostly melted here where it matters, paths and roads. :)

Will be asking for some weather updates tomorrow for Stoke/Keele if anyone lives up that way. DD2 has train booked for return trip to uni.

Did not see much of her over xmas as she was revising loads, she only had to go back for a week to do her exams then got a weeks break so chose to come home, not sure whether that was a good decision now, but it has been nice to have her around. :)

Can I just go back a few days please. People were saying what to do with those £2 off huggies vouchers, and the Adsa baby club thingy. If anyone could put it in thick northeastern speak please, I would be a happy bunny.

Buy your first kit with the coupon from the huggies website then when the sada baby club is on :-

    1) Inside the cardboard surround of the kit are some vouchers. Be careful when taking it off so as you don't rip the vouchers.
    2) There is a £1 voucher for Kleenex balsam tissues (these are £1 in As atm).
    3) There is a £1 voucher for huggies pure wipes (these are £1 in As atm).
    4) There are also vouchers for £2 off newborn nappies and huggies little swimmers.
    5) The starer kit will be £3 in As and is classed as nappies.
    6) As also do a single little swimmer nappy for £1.
    7) Using the 2 £2 off vouchers you can get the kit and little swimmer for free as the till takes off the combined £4.
8 ) You then have another set of vouchers to repeat the process.
    9) You could always use the self scan if you don't feel comfy using the normal till.

    I hope this helps :D

P.s I just copied this off my facebook page so I'm sorry that it's very lay mans terms :)
:D Coupons = the only money we can legally print for ourselves:D

:j A coupon for a free item that is price glitched in Mr T's to be cheaper than Sada for an apg = HEAVEN :j

    :money: total = £47.48 cc = 413 selling stuff = £23.00 Floor pennies = £5.79

Hello all I've not had much time to log on since before Christmas. I doubt I will catch up on everything so I hope everyone is well. I'm going to go skim through the thread from the start because it seems sada glitch has changed and is day dependant now :)
