I have had anawful time with my order, issues with a discount code being accepted but not honoured, then told it wasn't coming today and I had paid £5.50 for Saturday delivery and then it turns up today, luckily I'm in (snowed in lol) but the 2 boxes had both been damaged/opened one was still open and the other had been resealed with a tape that said resealed at distribution centre. I checked my order and have 2 items missing and 3 damaged - first big problem I have had with a Boots order and I am hounding them now to get it sorted.

I have only had one problem with them before, a while ago now. Something ( can't remember what now) burst and leaked all over everything else in the order. They were very good, replaced the whole order without me having to return any of the damaged stuff. Hopefully you'll get your missing and damaged things replaced without too much trouble

well, I've spent all day updating my CV. I am on a career break from my job until summer. But realistically......I can't see me going back:(

I worked long hours and had to commute from here to Manchester ( just over an hour on a good day, but more often than not 2 hours +) I can't see that fitting in to my changed life:(

so I want a part time job....preferably with most school hols off, good wage, understanding boss, and a nice strong coffee in the morning:rotfl::rotfl:. But Im worth it:D:rotfl:

    Have you applied to L'Oreal?

Well emailing customer service was a waste of time but Simon on facebook at Boots is amazing, all sorted now including dicount, missing and damaged items. I would definitely recommend posting on fb with any problems.
