Managed to go to a different Mr Shoes today. The No 7 make up voucher part worked against the No 7 Exfoliating Sponges, so £3.75 less the £3.00 voucher meant I had to pay 75p. Told the SA to try the £5 but the wench refused to. Not sure if the Exfoliating Sponges are worth 75p!

And lo and behold, saw 2 Davidoff Men's gift sets which were at £28 down to £10 each. Swiped both of them and paid with points! Hallelujah!

by the way joining the horse meat debate, we keep horses and love them I don't eat meat at all, but boys do and they do not think there is anything wrong in eating horsemeat, was really surprised when they said that, my older lad said if they were farmed like any other farm animal it would be no different to eating any other meat, in fact if they bread more of the bigger breeds of horses it would protect the breeds that are dying out as people don't keep heavy horses any more, I was surprised as he has his own horse he loves his sister was outraged he said we have pet chickens but eat chicken so as long as your not eating your own pets there is no difference

my womble was a Ts PP...not an apg....I input it yesterday about 4.30pm and it was emailed today at 11.51am :D

hubby works in Edwinstowe and every year they get snowed in/out......so instead of coming home about 6.30pm, they've let them all leave early and he came home about half hour ago :D

cant wait to drag the kids out on the sledges and inflatables....we're very close to a seemingly floodlit mainroad, so am tempted to go out on the field now :D

Ahh I very rarely have a pp so just assumed, I must remember to check the detail.:)

The cat on the right has the same markings as our late (some years ago) cat "Marmalade" or Marma for short. She was from a litter of a feral farm cat. Always had a mean streak and could never get her to wear a collar and think I've still got the scars to prove it:rotfl: The vet told us that cats with that colouring can often be unpredicatable. How is yours?

Sadly in later life, despite her "attitude" problems, she wouldn't venture outside as she was being bullied by neighbouring cats who appeared to have claimed our garden as their territory. At a time when she would go out through the cat flap we would sometimes hear an almighty clattering as she shot back through the cat flap pursued by one of these cats. Most stopped at the cat flap but one very large cat had no fear and would come into the house to continue the battle.

We eventually had to lock the cat flap and it was sad watching her sitting by the cat flap looking through it for ages but too frightened to go out even when we opened the door for her. It was however slightly amusing to hear the "splat" of the other cats launching themselves at the cat flap door only to find it was locked:)

She's quite good natured but she is a real hunter. Hardly a day goes by she doesn't bring something home:eek: usually mice but sometimes birds and once even a frog! The best mouse she brought home was complete with its own trap:rotfl: god knows where she found it? she just brought the whole lot home:rotfl:

The other one is the grumpy one. He often has a swipe at the dog or the other cat for no reason at all. Getting on this mat together is the closest they've ever been to each other I think. Been together for around 12 years now and they still don't like each other. No fights, they just avoid each other:o
