    1) Have a soak in the bath in the morning (it'll warm your bones through)
    2) Chuck loads of talc on yourself afterwards. It will not only feel nice but will act as your first layer of insulation.
    3) Clothe yourself in many thin layers (i.e. vest, t-shirt, hoody )
    4) Wear tracky bottoms under your jeans/ trousers.
    5) Make sure you are always wearing headwear as this is where the majority of the heat escapes from your body.
    6) Whenever indoors at a shop discard your coat. This gives your body time to adjust to it's natural temperature.
    7) When in bed :o Lots of thin layers of sheets and blankets/ quilts are best. This will trap the air making you feel snug and warm.
    8) If you are only heating one room don't have that heat on constant. You'll get too hot and you may dehydrate. Drink plenty of fluids :)
    9) Wear a night cap and some jimjams :o or something when in bed
    10) I love you all loads. Please take care :A
