I was just about to suggest a cold flannel, I've had migraines before and they are not at all fun I also used to nibble on dry bread to help with the sick feeling (luckily I haven't had one in over a year, fingers crossed they stay away)

Thanks for this, will try a cold flannel and breathing, not sure about the reflexology on his toes, he hates his feet messed with

Fingers crossed for you that they do stay away, its horrible seeing them in pain, I never suffer headaches myself so don't know how he feels. :(
