I was just about to suggest a cold flannel, I've had migraines before and they are not at all funI also used to nibble on dry bread to help with the sick feeling (luckily I haven't had one in over a year, fingers crossed they stay away)

Thanks for this, will try a cold flannel and breathing, not sure about the reflexology on his toes, he hates his feet messed with0 -

Fingers crossed for you that they do stay away, its horrible seeing them in pain, I never suffer headaches myself so don't know how he feels.:(
