Just got 10/10 on the quiz. Just taken Dd1 to the docs as she said her inhaler isn't working on her cough. He prescribed her some meds and I was gibbering on about making sure she remembers to take it all at school.
He replied 'oh no she's not going school today, she is very ill' making me look a complete lemon and feel soooo bad!
I feel like a really rubbish Mum now, I do have a habit of sending my kids to school unless their at deaths door but because her symptoms to me seemed so minor I wasn't worrying
Unfortunately for her it seems sledging is out of the question then - guess I'll just have to go in her place
When I was younger my brother was complaining of feeling ill and not wanting to go to school. My mum said to him, I don't care if you got typhoid, your still going to school. A few hours later the school phoned up and told my mum, your son hasn't got typhoid but he does have chicken pox, please come and collect him. :rotfl::rotfl:N1LDA
