But Sada is relying on the everyday shopper to just buy and not be savvy.
Correct. Which is how it can find the funding for the APG.
Really it's an all win situation for A (and for the customer). The everyday customer thinks they've got a good deal and, if they check their shopping, they'll find they are well more than 10% cheaper on those 50p items. At the same time, even if they aren't 10% cheaper - on any of the items I'm buying - they give the difference and make up to the 10% and always trump the special offers of any other of the four rivals. The APG makes Sada cheaper even if they weren't. I tend to put nearly all my shopping through A - in different shops vs diff. competitors.
If anything has a comparable equivalent in A, it can be argued it's always best buying in A - if they are 10% or more cheaper anyway, you're not reliant on the other price promises to pick the item up correctly and refund you the right amount and, if they (A) are not 10% cheaper or are more expensive, they're still 10% cheaper via the refund from the APG site (the main issue is vs M, but they always make up the 10% in due course, and sometimes more).
Anyway, I'm off to bed for tonight, so goodnight from me.0 -
Hope your dogs are more settled tonight.

When I was on holiday one time in turkey (or it could have been tunisia. Oh yes, been there! Sent my mister to Cex earlier but they didn't have enough money in their tills! He brought in £50 worth of games and dvd's; I installed an app on my mobily last night that checks value at Cex so we got excited only for them to say no! I think a lot of people must be selling but not buying...May: Make £5 a day £115.38 / £155

I have to admit to banging on the wall more than a few times. We had the neighbours from hell for around 6 months. I tried knocking, talking reasonably to them, calling the police, by the end I felt like I was being driven mad. They were eventually evicted - nothing to do with me - because the actual owners of the property hadn't paid the mortgage.
Sometimes you bang because: you have already been round and the noise has started again; it is early hours and you know they have a houseful of drunk/drugs people; you have a baby in bed that you don't want to leave; you lose your temper because the noise is driving you mad.:o
I have hammered on next door's front door at 3am because he fell asleep with the tv on a music channel very loud next to DD's bedroomnot that it woke him, he apologised the following morning as I put a note through the door, he'd had too much to drink and passed out
